I love this photo! I remember as a kid wondering how those blades just disappeared. When I renovated my first house I couldn't wait to get the 50 yr old med cabinet off the wall and what you photographed is it! And, your commentary, as always, is very good!

I really had to look twice to figure this out. I love this and the concept of climbing upwards over razor blades. You really drew a great picture with words as well as taking one with your camera!

Another keeper. Thanks Danny. Why are you tearing down the walls in bathroom in your beautiful home?

Wow, Danny, a very powerful image and message! And where in the world did you find so many ancient razor blades?

Well, I have to say this is one of your more inscrutable images! Did you find Ockham’s in there?? He used a lot…. AMAZING what you find when you start tearing things apart…. Fodder for another prayer, perhaps????

I remember in the olden days there were medicine cabinets with slots in the back for used razor blades. Huh?

Whoa, Danny. That's dark. Love it.

THE AUTHOR REPLIES:
My wife and I are in the process of remodeling the upstairs of our home, including a new wash-stand and medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The old medicine cabinet had a slot in back where used razor blades could be dropped into the wall. Whoever lived here decades ago liked Gillette Blue Blades, but was willing to try the Gold when they appeared.
